Stephen - According to the most recent information I was able to get from Beretta, the firearm should come with two magazines. Mine came with three 17rd magazines as a Qualified Professional (QP). If you are not a QP (law enforcement, military, first responder), you will only get two mags as Troy C mentioned below.
