The threaded barrel and flash suppressor both make this M-1 rifle illegal for Connecticut.

Joseph, this rifle, as configured, is not compliant in CT. The threaded barrel with muzzle brake is the culprit.

If you can somehow replace the flash hider with a standard muzzle break, then it should be legal. Buds may have some M1As that are already equipped with muzzle breaks if you look under the California compliant section! This rifles also appears to be out of stock regardless of whether it's compliant. This is the only compliant m1a scout I could find that's in stock.
