No Michael, unfortunately it does not appear on the CA compliant list published by the State of California. Sorry. The .38 Special model, EARB38, does appear on the list.

Michael, no. Only one EAA Revolver is CA compliant (the 38 Special Model EARB38). https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=European+American+Armory
