Justin, they are referencing different "Calibers" Sir. You can fire both 44Mag and 44Special through the 44Mag Cylinder, 357Mag and 38Special through the 357Mag Cylinder and 50A&E and 50GI through the 50A&E Cylinder. 6 different Calibers from (1) Platform (This is the 6 guns they mean instead of 3 guns).
