Hello, I'm not seeing any options in the aftermarket (someone else may find something). You may have to go the custom route. Try finding a smith who's capable of machining.

Like Abel E said I am not seeing much in the name of aftermarket support. Magnum Research has several OEM barrels with integral muzzle brakes but unfortunately the pistols are not made to accept threaded components.

Ryan - All I can find is a 'conversion kit" which consists of a new slide (and 2 mags) with integral muzzle brake, made by Magnum Research. . The design of the Desert Eagle seems to not be conductive to an 'add on' brake ... and I found nothing as far as just a brake itself. Maybe someone else here can find something. We have a great assortment of shooters here and someone will be an 'expert' on the Desert Eagle and accessories. The conversion kits I found were on the Magnum Research web site (Magnum research.com) Sorry. Hopefully someone here can offer better and more specific assistance.
