Billy, yes, this "Fixed Stock" version is MA compliant.
yes it is mass compliant Rifles that are not "Assault Weapons" are permitted (10-round maximum) and include: Any .17 or .22 caliber rimfire rifle. Any Ruger Mini 14 or substantially-similar model rifle. Any Springfield Armory M1A or substantially-similar model rifle. Any rifle operated by a manual bolt, pump, lever, or slide action. Any semi-automatic rifle that cannot accept a detachable magazine that holds more than five rounds; i.e. the internal (fixed) magazine cannot accept more than five (5) rounds. All of the firearms on this list are permitted.
I don't see any offending features and I can't see how the state could claim it was a copy/facsimile of a full auto weapon. As long as you adhere to your states magazine laws you should be good to go.
