Chris, the B version has standard contrast sights whereas the BSS has night sights.

Chris, the only difference is the above model has "Contrast Sights" and the E2022-9-BSS has "Siglite Night Sights".

The difference? The BSS has night sights, and costs $48 more than this one, which has regular sights.
