Don, This is a Class lll item (Short Barrel Shotgun). Need to purchase a $200 tax stamp and send in Form 4 (finger prints, photo, etc) and wait the 4 to 12 months to pick up from your Class lll FFL.
Don, this shotgun has a "Shoulder Stock" and a 14" Barrel making it an NFA Class 3 firearm requiring a $200 Tax Stamp and NFA (National Firearms Act) Registration. The same process for a Silencer or Full Auto Firearm.
Yep, you will Don - a $200 NFA Tax stamp, which will only be issued after a l-o-n-g waiting period. ATF does NOT get in any hurry to process these (Called From 4 requests by many). I know peronally of one friend here who has been waiting 18 months for a tax stamp - and he has NO background problems and owns literally dozens of firearms. So if you want one of these, get your application together, and your money, and plan on maybe getting it a couple of years down the road.
