Michael, yes a threaded barrel intended for a Glock 19 should work fine in the 45. I do not believe the lockup design of the barrel has changed between generations either but a gen 5 would certainly be the safest bet.

Michael, yes, the barrel's for the G45 and G19 are interchangeable so a "Threaded G19 Barrel" will drop right in.
