I recently bought the M&p9 5" edition. I was wondering if you could interchange the 4.25" barrel and slide with the same frame.

Daniel, yes, The frames are the same and you can indeed switch the top ends at will.

Daniel, the frames of the 5" and 4.25" models should be identical and function correctly with either slide and barrel combination.
