I think these scopes have proprietary mounts/rings? Not sure, really, but I imagine it would involve some drilling and tapping on either firearm. On the other hand if the scope was standard size, then regular mounting rings and regular railed scope bases could be used. Isn't this a 3/4" tube size? Sorry, no definite help here. maybe we have a Unertle expert who will be able to help. All I could do is just tell you to see a gunsmith.
George, you will need the Unertl or Unertl-Style (Posa style) Mounts. I would give D.Z. Arms a call for info at Phone number 405-691-1215 ---- https://www.dzhepburn.com/sights/dz-arms-scope-mounts/
I believe the CZ 455 has an 11mm dovetail for mounting scope rings. I don't know what mounts you have or plan to use but if they fit a dovetail then that should work fine. The 10/22 comes with a combination weaver/dovetail rail mount but the receiver is drilled and tapped so this mount can be swapped out with many other aftermarket options to make use of whatever scope rings you have, weaver, picatinny, dovetail, etc.
