I do believe there is an option to input the FFL number. Contact your dealer and have them provide give you the number and make sure they'll accept the transfer.

Contact your local FFL holder and have him fax a signed copy of his FFL to 1-800-804-5569 then contact Buds and inform them of where you would like the gun sent. I did this with mine. "You may also use a local dealer that is not already on our list, however we will require a current copy of your dealer's FFL faxed to us at 1-800-804-5569 or scan/email here."
