Just fill out the form James has posted. Then send it in with a copy of your purchase receipt and the UPC code from the package of the ammo you've purchased. You can also do all this online, the address is on the form. You can get $1.00 per 50 rds on 9mm and $2.00 per rd on everything else … up to $400.00. I've already sent in $120.00 worth myself. It's good on any Federal or related to Federal ammo.
