Jason, the uppermost part of the magazine's plastic floorplate reaches the bottom of the PM9 grip much like an aftermarket finger extension does. You will be able to see part of the metal magazine protruding below the gun because it is longer than the standard 7 round but only on the back of the magazine that isn't covered by the black plastic floorplate.

Jason, it will be close but not exactly "Flush" like the 7rd Mag with Grip Extension.
