The PMR 30s all come off the same "assembly line". Not sure which ones you are comparing, since you only referred to one, but there are no real differences between PMR 30s other than color.

Barry, no Sir. Color is the only difference. They are identical other than color.

Barry, yes the only difference between the black, navy blue, FDE, OD green, etc. is the frame and slide color.
