Ernest, no Sir. California has a 10rd Magazine Capacity limit on Semi-Automatic handguns. Also this pistol is not on the CA DOJ Approved Roster here : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Sturm%2C+Ruger+%26+Co.
No will not be able to get this one shipped to CA. There is definitely a model in which that can. There is a category in the menu that is for specific for CA Approved guns. There is also the chance you can call BUDS and have the magazines switched out to 10rds. Even if in the CA approved guns BUDS has listed I would still double check. Lots of stipulations in CA.
