Brian, I think the people that will be able to best answer this question are Crimson Trace themselves. I have contacted them before and gotten a pretty quick response and had my questions answered. Brian, yes it will fit. The trigger areas and slides are virtually identical between the XDs and XDe. Consequently, it seems that most holsters that work for either gun would work for both. The obvious exception would be holsters that have a strap that goes over the striker/hammer area.
