Joseph, yes, this M&P40 includes (2) 15rd Magazines and will fit the Bladetech Holster just fine.

Joseph, yes it should include 2 15rd magazines. As for the holster, the only external difference between this pistol and the M&P9 is the laser on the grip but I don't believe the holster covers that part of the gun anyway. I think the holster should also be good to go.
