Hi, I live in CA and would like to add a 9MM to my collection.
Looking at the CZ 75 , however, would like to add the MOS scope.
My second option is the Glock same requirements.

My apologies for my past response.  Its unfortunate to be in CA sometimes.  Sorry,  this firearm is not legal for sale in CA.

Al, CA frowns upon firearms equipped with MOS capability, Laser and.or Light packages. I have even seen other models that were CA Compliant as a "Standalone" Pistol and not if a Light or Laser was included in the package. California leaves something to be desired when it comes to firearms Etiquette.
