Bernard, unfortunately Buds does not ship to Guam (terribly sorry about this). This firearm is considered a "Carbine".

Hi Bernard - welcome to the wonderful world of Guns! While Buds is not able to ship to Guam, hopefully you'll be able to find a local supplier who can fill your firearms needs. This scorpion is considered a 'long gun', in the same general class as an AR carbine/rifle. Fortunately I see you are permitted to possess firearms within some restrictions. Maybe someday, things will loosen up a bit and Buds will be able to ship to Guam as easily as they can to any state of the United States.
