James, this appears to be a straight profile barrel that would be used with a barrel bushing while the Para Ordinance Expert Carry uses ramped barrels and no bushing so it is unlikely to work. I am unable to even find who manufactures this barrel so looking up information is difficult.

James, this Barrel would not fit the Para Ordinance Expert Carry 3in due to a different (Ramped barrel of the Para).
