William, this barrel change is about as easy as it gets. Takes me 30secs. I don't have the Mossberg 500 TOOL LESS flex c.

super easy Open bolt (slide back) unscrew nut (no tools required) (magazine cap) on front of magazine tube, pull off barrel put new barrel on replace nut (magazine cap) and close the action you are done
