Yes it is 100% legal in NC (I live in Camden NC) ***We're currently not shipping this firearm to CA, MA, or OH***

Darian, yes Sir. NC has no restrictions on the Shockwave, TAC-14 or similar firearms. I live in NC and own two, no issues whatsoever.

This is an Federal NFA exempt firearm. No problem in NC.
