Cameron - Honestly, I doubt very much that Buds knows for sure which version of the Gen 5 they have right at the moment, and it could well be a mixed selection. But they might so, as James G said, give them a call and see. My advice however is to go to a local gun store, and physically find exactly what you're looking for. Could well save a lot of headaches in the end for everyone concerned, and that way you will be 100% satisfied with what you get because you will know before you buy it.

You are correct. The newer gen 5 Glocks dropped the cutout and beveled the front. If you get a gen 5 with forward serrations they also added a notch in the breech face opposite of the extractor to help eliminate erratic ejection. If you order one and it doesn't come as expected you can refuse the transfer and send it back.

Definitely a good recommendation to visit a store to be able to best identify the features that you're looking for. It is definitely a nice gun and worth a look, good luck!
