Robert, yes Sir. This 2-Point Attachment Sling is Fully Adjustable for a comfortable length fit. The Tactical would require no additional hardware.

Robert - I think someone overlooked the fact you will need swivels. The 590 a1 comes with swivel mounts, but you will have to have swivels, and it doesn't appear the sling comes with swivels. They are readily available at most any store that sells any sort of shooting supplies, and not expensive.
