You have to purchase the VP9 that comes with 10 round magazines. Bud's will not ship the one with 15 round magazines to your state. They will simply cancel your order. They do NOT alter guns, swap mags, or change anything in the box the firearms come in.

Andre - Buds usually will not make any changes to an item before shipping it, such as changing magazines. If the item does not comply with the restrictions in your state, it will either not be shipped at all, or would be shipped "as is", leaving you responsible for any legal repercussions that might result from purchasing / importing an illegal item.
