Gregory, yes it absolutely will Sir. It has a 10rd mag so it can be sold in restricted states but, will accept standard capacity magazines just the same.

Gregory, this will accept the 25 rd magazine as well. I bought one of these a couple months back and I have to tell you that it is an AMAZING and fun gun! Unlike the mossberg 10-22 215T that is a replica AR style rifle this SW 15-22 comes with all of the controls of an AR(M-16) type rifle with the forward assist, magazine release, working charging handle and selector switch which I really like and the 25rd magazine resembles a regular AR magazine and the rifle is solid and feels great! Yes it will accept any 15-22 magazines including the S&W 25 round and the aftermarket 30 round
