Thanks to everyone who answered my last question. Can I get the hammer changed out on this model for what they call the thinner hammer or what is on the 357mag and 45LC? Thank you.

My understanding from reading the various Ruger forums is that the new Vacquero hammer can be swapped out with a Super Blackhawk hammer, which is lower/shorter and easier to 'reach', but please call Ruger and confirm that if you would.  Ruger Firearms:  1 (336) 949-5200
