This "Pistol" requires no tax stamp. If the arm brace is replaced with a buttstock, then and only then would it be a SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) and require a tax stamp.

Both the previous answers are correct, just adding that this pistol should be just over 26 inches in overall length which means you should legally be able to add a vertical foregrip if you want.

Brian, no Sir. This "Pistol" has a Brace instead of a Shoulder Stock so it's classified as a standard "Pistol", no Tax Stamp necessary.
