No, not ramped.

Lamar, yes Sir. This Model does have a "Ramped Barrel".

It has always been my understanding that none of the Kimbers in 45 acp, in govt or commander size, have ramped barrels. Only the ultras .. and the calibers other than 45 in govt and commander size. And I couldn't find where the Kimber site mentions it one way or the other. Bottom line - I do not believe this Kimber has a ramped barrel.
