I this gun the same as the 941 other than the 10 round capacity that is included? Can I use a larger capacity magazine if I move to a free state ?

Raymond, yes this is the same gun just with a low capacity magazine. The 16 round normal magazines should work fine once you get to a free state.

Raymond - I vote for moving to a free state! LOL  Yep the 'hi caps' will work fine.
