Tony - it appears teh Palm Saver is included with the model being sold. Buds uses stock photos which aren't always completely accurate in every detail. To make sure the new Ram Rod is included, I'd suggest you contact Buds. As we are volunteers, who answer questions here, and are not Bud's employees, we have no access to Bud's inventory/records on these matters.
