Stephen, yes you can, no issues whatsoever. It has a "Modified" Rem Choke and would be more effective at a longer distance with the Turkey Load with a "Full" Rem Choke.
Stephen - you can use turkey loads with this barrel, as long as they are 2 3/4 inch shells. --- you can NOT use the 3", or longer, magnum turkey loads that are so popular. Pay strict attention that you are only using 2 3/4 inch shells, or you will definitely have "issues". I would recommend installing a full or 'extended turkey' choke in the barrel to get the most benefit from your shells - the gun will shoot a tighter pattern which is needed when trying to shoot turkeys in the head. But please, no shells over 2 3/4" in this barrel.
You can definitely use those loads in this item.
