Elton, Beretta 96 threaded replacement barrels at Brownells, Gemtech, Botach, SilencerCo, AAC, ATI. You can check other replacement barrel purveyors such as Lone Wolf, Storm Lake, KKM Precision. Also contact Beretta USA. Good Luck. There out there.
Have a gunsmith cut the threads, shouldn't cost more than $50.
