Brian - no tax stamp required fro this carbine sir. Just the usual FFL transfer.

Its a rifle and there is no tax stamp required its not a NFA firearm

Brian, as long as a firearm has a 16" or longer barrel, it can have an adjustable shoulder stock and will be classified as a standard and not an NFA firearm needing a Tax Stamp and Registration. If the barrel was shorter than 16" then yes, a Tax Stamp would be needed.
