Justin, no Sir. Heritage does not currently have any pistols on the CA DOJ Approved Roster. https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Smith+%26+Wesson
Doesn't appear to be CA legal, sorry.
Justin - here is Bud's list of CA compliant guns they will ship to CA: https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/search.php/type/Firearms/exclusive/ca/sort/per-round-asc/page/1
Yes it is being a single action revolver it does not have to be on the CA DOJ approved list *Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7 ½ inches are permitted." https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
Single action revolvers are exempt from the California DOJ roster. No California compliance necessary.
