This has a "Novak type" rear sight cut. A regular, actual Novak sight might well require some fitting work. Dawson Precision Sights could tell you exactly what to expect. Dawson Precision Sights (866) 300-1911. Actually, there is no "standard" rear sight cut for 1911s. Different manufacturers use different cuts/sights.

This pistol uses a "Novak Style Cut" ... which has been shown to differ from a "standard Novak Cut". And Randy i is correct - this pistol has great factory sights.
