no it does not however the loop can be purchased from beretta and installed https://www.berettausa.com/en-us/beretta-lanyard-loop-for-92-/-96-all-models-39-/

Phil - you'd need the lanyard loop [in, as well .. also on Flea Bay .. to go with the actual loop.
