Drekar, Not recommended to fire 45 ACP with this firearm. Moon clips for S&W Governor too thick to close cylinder. No clip indent/space on cylinder for moon clips. If you grind down the moon clips they will fit, but not recommended. Plus loose a lot of pressure and bullet speed in super long cylinder. Emergency, Zombie apocalypse and you can only find 45 ACP and Raging Bull maybe. Not designed for that use.
