Shawn, no Sir. This pistol has an "Alloy" Frame and will not pass Illinois "Melting Point" Law. Details under "Illinois State Restrictions: https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/illinois_restrictions.pdf" here :
