Phillip, yes Sir. This holster will fit up to a "Medium Frame Auto" so the Spectrum 380 with laser will be a good fit.

Phillip - Don't know about your experience with ankle holsters, but I've found they are pretty 'forgiving' as far as accepting different size pistols,. You should be fine with this one, a sort of one-size-fits-all, with your laser equipped Spectrum. IT should ride there fairly well.
