I received mine on 6 March 2019 and it does have the roll marks. It appears that these may have been part of a military/gov. contract that went bad, hence, they are now available to civilians. The roll marks were probably required from the military/gov. for liability issues.

I picked mine up in Feb. It my Valentine's Day gift to myself. The roll marks are present on my firearm I was under the impression that this was only on the California models but apparently I was wrong. I hate the fact that the roll marks are on the pistol but what can we do? This feels great in the hand and shots even better.
