What is the difference between the Model R16A4T and the R16M4A4T? They both are the same price and look the same but what is the difference between the two?

R16A4T  has a heavy barrel look at the picture (zoom in ) of the barrel between the handguard and the flash suppressor on both and you will see the difference

The Barrel profile is the only difference.  I suggest you get the heavy barrel version.  It is a few ounces heavier, overall, but the heavy barrel will give you better service, and more accuracy in sustained fire.
