Zach, yes Sir. These will fire just fine. No issue.

Zach - as long as the chamber is 3" or longer, you certainly can - and I'm sure the 500 Tac has a 3" chamber. Cylinder Bore handles slugs well. However, for the most accuracy, unless you have a rifled slug barrel ... (which I take it you do not) then you really need to buy and use 'rifled' slugs not 'sabot' slugs. Sabot slugs are made for rifled slug barrels. Rifled slugs will 'stabilize' the slug for more accuracy when shooting from a smooth bore barrel.
