Joseph, this should loosen over time. You could also load 4 rounds for a couple of days then retry the 5th round.

Joseph - Probably just still 'stiff' and may well loosen up a bit. Just a thought . have you removed the tube magazine cap, just on the off chance there might be some sort of obstruction in the magazine tube? Shouldn't be too complicated. Might give it a try. But, otherwise, then call teh manufacturer and ask them as Randy i said.
