I cant get but 5 rounds in my mag my 280 pound son got 6 I can load my ruger p-89 with 16 rounds with 1 finger its so easy is this normal we made a tool and put it in a shop vice and finally got it loaded both mags same way

Jeff, this is not normal. I have 3 G2C's and 12 Magazines and none were/are a problem to load. I would contact Taurus to see what their take on this is at Customer Care Call Center  -   (800) 327-3776 Monday thru Friday* – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (EST)

sounds like a bad mag that is binding you can dissemble the mag and check for obvious flaws or contact Taurus  at Customer Care Call Center and they should send you a new mag  - (800) 327-3776 Monday thru Friday* – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (EST)

Jeff - time to call Taurus ... That is much too difficult.  I doubt that one would ever loosen up to the point it could be loaded with what would be considered proper effort.  Yep, call Taurus Monday - Friday - 8:00AM to 10:00PM (EST) -  (800) 327-3776.  Good luck.
