Daniel, no, this will work in the Ruger LCP .380 ACP only. The Ruger LCP II Magazines will work in LCP but not lock the slide back.

Daniel - unfortunately Ruger changed the mag design when they updated the LCP, so the LCP mags will not work for the LCPII.
