Yes If it is a MOS glock it will fit with no issues. if it is a standard slide (non MOS) you will need a way (dovetail adapter) to mount the optic
Yes Montay it will work well on a Glock 10mm. This is a great sight, with the 3 moa dot, and would serve you well on your Glock. If your Glock is not "MOS" prep's for a sight you will have to either have the slide milled to mount the sight, or purchase a mount that replaces the rear sight on the Glock. Either way, it will provide you satisfactory service.
Montay, yes, the MOS Glock 20/40 have the base plate already and are good to go with this sight.
It will fit a full sized MOS Glock.
