Robert, not currently at Buds. Weaver Style Scope Mount only. I would check with Rossi it see if it is even offered with open sights as some of the 22LR's are at Customer Care Call Center (800) 948-8029 Monday thru Friday* - 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (EST).
Robert I am sorry, but this rifle is not in stock with open sights. Only this version, which is set up for mounting a scope. In fact there is no 22 magnum rifle of any brand in stock, that has open sights installed. I suggest you look on the major gun auction sites on the internet and see if you can find exactly what you want.
