Robert I am sorry, but this rifle is not in stock with open sights. Only this version, which is set up for mounting a scope. In fact there is no 22 magnum rifle of any brand in stock, that has open sights installed. according to the Rossi site it is not made with open sites only the 22lr version is made with open sites
